Since Kaizen still has real-life matters, he is not be able to always be the fast-response one. The average time that Kaizen needs to reply to your text is between 5-35 minutes. If Kaizen doesn’t reply for more than 3 hours and he doesn’t inform you at all, please contact the manager.4. Though your feelings are valid and appreciated, Kaizen won’t take the responsibilities over the real feelings that are attached through the session.5. Kaizen provides platonic and romantic services. To avoid any discomfort in both parties, Kaizen has the right to decline the form.17. The clients are allowed to ask for reschedule maximum 1 day prior to the session; only if Kaizen’s schedule is still available too.18. There’s no refund unless it’s Kaizen’s responsibility; if Kaizen perhaps did the ‘don’ts’ based on your form, and there’s a sudden schedule from Kaizen. However, rescheduling is allowed for the second point.19. For dirty talk add-on, Kaizen prefers to talk the do(s) and don't(s) directly with you to avoid any discomfort. Kindly reach out to the manager first.20. The manager will remind you to fill the testimonial out after the session is over. You may also tell him directly if there is any discomfort throughout the session.
